New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018 and consequently, I have updated my privacy policy.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online. This privacy policy sets out how Lifeswitch Coaching uses and protects any information that you give Lifeswitch Coaching when you use this website.

Lifeswitch Coaching is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Lifeswitch Coaching may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 19th April 2018.

I may collect the following information:

• name, home address, email address and phone number
• information around your coaching needs (what you're looking for from coaching)
• client area only: questionnaire results relating to your coaching work with me
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers only when I use them.

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with your coaching service, in particular it may be for the following reasons:

• to respond to your enquiry
• for internal record keeping, to note your details when you become a client
• to improve my products and services
• to send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. Note: you have to actively opt-in to this. If you haven't opted-in, you won't receive anything.

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. 

I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps me analyse data about web page traffic and improve the website in order to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes. Your IP address is anonymised in this process therefore you can't be individually identifiable.

My website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

• whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do or do not want the information to be used for marketing purposes
• if you previously submitted information to me via the website or by any other means, you can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to or emailing me at signup@lifeswitchcoaching.com. If you are a previous client, I will have already contacted you and deleted or kept your information according to your request.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. The only exception would be distribution, if I am required by to do so by law. 

You may request details of personal information which I hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email me at susanne@lifeswitchcoaching.com.

If you believe that any information I am holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email me as soon as possible, at the address above. I will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
