"The coaching sessions were not what I expected, they were much better. Susanne is a kind and thoughtful individual who helped steer me through some tough, thought-provoking exercises.

With Susanne’s help I managed to look at things objectively and realistically. Gauging what’s ahead can be difficult but with the positive support Susanne gives, you can see what is and what is not do-able.

Sensitive to my needs, Susanne steered the discussions with care and consideration. I could not have asked for more or better guidance."

"I found Susanne for life coaching when my life was a mess. I was stuck in a rut. My mum, my best friend and my only support passed away suddenly and Susanne helped me pick up the pieces.

We worked on things like motivation and changing my negative thoughts (I had lots of negative thoughts). Susanne helped me set goals and visualise them and taught me how to de-stress with meditation.

Her hints, tips and website tools are second to none and easy to use and she's also helped with some resources that she finds useful. All in all, I would recommend Susanne to sort out your life if you need a push in the right direction."

K Spence, Rutherglen

"I went to Susanne for life coaching because I was having difficulty getting back to a normal way of life after a breakdown. I was not leaving the house very often due to social anxiety and this meant I could not work and was off work for two years.

My experience with working with Susanne was really positive. She helped me to understand myself better,  and to see the barriers which were hindering my goal of becoming socially confident. I learned ways to acknowledge my negative thoughts and to challenge them and overcome them. She talked me through homework exercises, which were designed to help stretch my comfort zone and build my confidence.

With Susanne's help, I have recently written up my C.V. and am investigating career options."
