Susanne McCabe is a Mum to three young children. Whilst working part-time and experiencing serious illness within her family, Susanne experienced a long period off work. During this time, she re-examined her life and focussed on reducing her stress and finding a fulfilling life based on her goals and values.
Susanne has an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching and has completed the cognitive behavioural therapy STEPS course.
