How to get your life back after long-term stress or fatigue

It's a challenge to keep going with work and family commitments when you are experiencing debilitating fatigue or stress. Both stress and fatigue cause the following:

  • severe brain fog
  • inability to concentrate
  • difficulty in organising yourself
  • trouble with decision-making
  • getting up and out each day is physically, mentally and emotionally challenging.

Clients may keep going, but reach an impasse and can't work anymore. They find themselves looking for support to get beyond illness or stress. I coached myself through this situation and am now coaching others to help them work on their life goals.

So how can I help you get your life back after long-term stress or fatigue?

First of all, if you have chronic fatigue, I'm no Doctor and I'm not qualified to advise you on how to recover from it. I'm about supporting your mental wellbeing. Specifically, I'll help you:

  • work within your current mental limits, if you're severely fatigue
  • evaluate what you want to change to create a more fulfilling life
  • work towards reducing your stress
  • support you to overcome obstacles
  • set goals for yourself and create a plan to achieve them
  • build confidence.
