Executive Plus
£60/hour
- Online stress assessment
- Stress reduction plan agreed with client
- 1-2-1 meetings all at your place of business*
- Coaching objectives agreed with client
- Access to Lifeswitch's coaching tools
- Follow-up emails with a session summary and links to motivational resources.
- Time slot variable**
- 8 weeks coaching required (minimum)
*Areas covered: Greater Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Dunbartonshire, Ayrshire. No travel costs will be charged.
**Within hours offered: 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
