Working Well Podcast - 28 - Supporting Your Children During Work and Homeschool

At the moment, many of us are working at home and homeschooling at the same time. This is the norm and likely to remain so for at least another few weeks here in Scotland. For my latest podcast recorded during Children's Mental Health Week, I interviewed my 9-year-old daughter Lauren, on her experiences with homeschool. She shared her experiences of lockdown and her advice to parents and children for looking after their mental health.
